November 26 The members of the “Gelpa” association gathered at the Lentvari railway crossing, where the final construction works of the crossing are currently being carried out by UAB “Tilsta”, a member of the “Gelpa” association. UAB “Tilsta”, the company performing the reconstruction work, pushed a two-segment 64-meter-long and 6720-ton tunnel for cars under the operating railway. This technology of car tunnel installation was applied for the first time in Lithuania and the Baltic States. On behalf of the “Gelpa” association, we thank the representatives of UAB “Tilsta” for the introduction to the technology used and the tour of the facility, and to all members for their active participation.
