in 2023 October 10 Members of the Gelpa Association visited Marijampolė, where they were invited by the association’s member UAB Sateba Lithuania. UAB “Sateba Lithuania” director Vilius Parulis warmly welcomed the gathered and told about his company’s activities and showed the factory premises and available equipment.

The formal part of the general meeting of the association began in the afternoon. The members of the association had the opportunity to get to know the newly joined members AB “Eurovia Lietuva” and UAB “Milsa”, listening to the presentations of their representatives. During the general meeting of the members of the association, a new member of the board was also elected, who will replace the resigned Giedriu Šiugždas. The general director of UAB “Geležinkelios tiesimo centas” Justas Vyžintas won the election, and he will serve as a member of the board until the end of the term of the current board.

The participants of the general meeting also approved the updated statutes of the association and approved the change of the association’s registration address. The participants of the meeting were also introduced to Gelpa 2023. Financial and operational reports of the first half of the year.
