GELPA Client Day 2025 – Discussions on Public Procurement and Contract Performance

On November 11, 2025, the now-traditional GELPA Client Day event took place, bringing together association members and partners to discuss the most relevant topics in public procurement and contract performance. The event attracted great interest, with more than 60 participants from various sectors.

This year’s event focused on two key discussion topics:

“Public Procurement – What Will Change in 2026?”
During this discussion, experts presented the planned legislative changes that will take effect in 2026. Participants explored how the new requirements will impact procurement planning, supplier selection, and transparency. Emphasis was placed on greater attention to sustainability, innovation, and the expansion of electronic processes.

“Parties’ Obligations and Contract Performance Monitoring”
The second discussion addressed practical issues – how to effectively manage contract execution, ensure compliance with obligations, and avoid disputes. Participants shared best practices, discussed monitoring tools, and methods for risk management.

The event not only introduced the latest changes but also provided opportunities to exchange insights and get answers to practical questions.

We thank all participants for their active engagement and valuable discussions!
