The second speaker – LTG Infra Technical Supervision Manager Arvydas Dveilys – introduced the participants to the implemented LTG Infra projects and planned purchases of investment projects. The conference was continued by Antanas Kučikas, LTG’s Procurement Manager, with a presentation on public procurement, while Viktorija Semionova, LTG’s dispute resolution manager, spoke about legal challenges in procurement. Great attention was also paid to the areas of safety and health.

This year, the participants received not only LTG Infra, but also reports from the Association of Railway Service Companies Gelpa, the Association of Lithuanian Design Companies, as well as a panel discussion in order to find out the formula for successful cooperation, in which Arenijus Jackus (Rail Baltica coordination manager), Vygantas Žekas (LTG Head of Infra Projects Implementation), Martynas Gedaminskas (President of GELPA), Algirdas Michelkevičius, (Member of Transport Infrastructure Committee of LPĮA), Artūras Žarnovskis (Director of CPVA Lithuanian and International Investments Department).

At the end of the conference, LTG Infra CEO Karolis Sankovski awarded the best contractors.
